AnimEigo
Why is AnimEigo here? Because they're a nice little Anime company that cares, and doesn't take itself too seriously (visit the Weird Stuff section to see what I mean). They also have some of the best subtitles I've ever seen, and probably the most accurate. I highly recommend the original Bubblegum Crisis to anyone who hasn't seen it...the dub is also pretty good, but hearing the rock music in Japanese makes it that much better.
Bob and George: The Comic
Bob and George...what is there to say that probably hasn't already been said? The funniest online comic I've ever read, for one thing. Lots of fourth-wall humor here, along with some great jabs at the old Nintendo Mega Man games. Oh, and remember, there are no plotholes.
